Lizzi & Moira - Walking Frame

Elderly Rehab

We offer a Physiotherapy home service to help you in your own home. We devise specific exercise/rehabilitation programmes to work towards improving your strength, balance, mobility, confidence and quality of life.

Home Physiotherapy sessions are particularly important in maintaining independence and activity  in later years. The Well Balanced Centre saves  people having to travel which - for some older people can mean Physiotherapy becomes more accessible.

We also know that patients rehabilitate best in their own home environment.

“I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Lizzi has helped my Nan have a better quality of life whilst in a Residential home. She was very accommodating and encouraged my Nan who is 94 to walk and be mobile so we were able to take her out. Would 100% recommend their services.”
